CAROLINE BOULE
SAILING
French and Polish, my journey began in Poland, where sailing entered my life from a very young age. This passion led me to the United Kingdom, where I joined Imperial College London to study Materials Science and Nuclear Engineering. There, by joining the university sailing team, I discovered the world of competition and knew that my path was set on the waters.
Graduating in 2020, I set a new course in France to start a PhD at École Polytechnique while launching my first ambitious sailing project. I participated in the Mini Transat 2023 aboard my foil boat, "Bill," a true technological feat that combines innovation and performance. This 6.50-meter Mini, capable of flying above the ocean thanks to its foils, marked a turning point in my career, propelling me as the first woman to cross the Atlantic solo in a foil boat.
In 2024, I pushed the limits further by breaking the 24-hour record in the Mini 6.50 category during SAS 2024, becoming the first woman to set this record across all categories.
Today, I am ready to take on new challenges and explore even more ambitious projects. If my journey and projects inspire you, feel free to join us in this exceptional adventure!
